Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for facilities across multiple Bali locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate office logistics, including space allocation, equipment procurement, and maintenance schedules to optimize workplace efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships for facilities services (e.g., cleaning, security, IT support) and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of facility-related expenses, inventory, and service agreements, providing regular reports to management.
- Liaise with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) to address facility-related requests and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in alignment with ST Engineeringās global protocols.
- Organize and execute office events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Support sustainability initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce waste, energy consumption, and carbon footprint in facility operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or facilities management roles, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site operations with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and facility management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with HSE standards, local labor laws, and vendor management in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
