Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records.
- Coordinate office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and corporate functions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict adherence to data privacy policies.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including HR, finance, and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is preferred.
