Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and visitors, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, managing leave requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- Organize and facilitate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and invoices, ensuring financial records are up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism.
