Responsibility
- Process and verify vehicle registration documents in compliance with local and national regulations.
- Coordinate with government agencies (e.g., DMV, LTO) to ensure timely approvals and renewals.
- Manage and track financing transactions, including loan applications, payments, and disbursements.
- Liaise with banks, financing companies, and brokers to facilitate smooth transaction workflows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical records of all documentation.
- Prepare and submit reports on documentation status, deadlines, and compliance metrics.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or delays in documentation processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding documentation inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, documentation, or clerical roles, preferably in automotive, logistics, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle registration processes and local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with document management systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
