Aries Fresh Pte Ltd is currently seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our team for a short-term project. This is an ideal role for an organized individual looking to gain valuable office experience or supplement their income.
We require a commitment of 2 days per week for a duration of 2 months (totaling 18 days). As a key member of our administrative support team, you will assist with daily office operations and HR administrative tasks. We value reliability and efficiency, and to reward your dedication, we are offering a $250 completion bonus upon the successful fulfillment of the full 2-month engagement.

Responsibility
- Assist with daily office administrative workflows and record management.
- Maintain and update HR-related documentation and employee files.
- Provide support in data entry and preparation of office correspondence.
- Handle incoming inquiries and manage communication channels professionally.
- Ensure workspace organization and basic facility coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and project documentation as requested.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow during the 2-month period.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an HR Admin or general administrative role is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to commit to a fixed schedule of 2 days per week for 2 months.
