Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Coordinate and maintain school calendars, schedules, and appointments for staff and administrators.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist with student enrollment, record-keeping, and database management to support school operations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management for office supplies.
- Liaise with teachers, parents, and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and resolve administrative issues.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, events, and school activities as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area to reflect the school’s standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in administrative support, reception, or office management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
