Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Executive Assistants to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategic processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior executives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Oversee calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements for executives and the team.
- Monitor team workloads, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative workflows and improve service delivery.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar leadership role within a corporate or high-growth environment.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
