Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records maintenance.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy in compensation and benefits administration.
- Oversee office management tasks, including vendor relations, supply procurement, and workspace optimization.
- Develop and implement employee experience initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
- Administer workplace policies, compliance, and health & safety protocols.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in organizing company events, training programs, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, administration, or office management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
