Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Provide field assistance by liaising with external partners, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise designated sections or teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of office policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle data entry to support decision-making processes.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring availability and cost-effective procurement.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails, providing professional and courteous assistance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
