Responsibility
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff and executives.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and office systems to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing attendance records.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
