Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with local regulations.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data security protocols are followed.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to enhance productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
- Liaise with external vendors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless business operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and administrative software/tools.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and office management best practices.
