Responsibility
- Maintain and update accurate administrative trackers, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure data integrity.
- Manage and organize CRM systems for efficient client and policy tracking in the insurance sector.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports, summaries, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with insurance teams to process documentation, claims, or client communications as needed.
- Handle scheduling, correspondence, and logistical support for meetings and appointments.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other business materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all administrative tasks.
- Provide general office support, including filing, supply management, and ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-2+ years) in administrative support, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with basic insurance terminology and processes is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work onsite in Bali, Indonesia.
