Responsibility
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist the finance team with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping to support accurate financial records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff and project teams.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle office supply procurement, inventory management, and vendor communications.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, calculating deductions, and liaising with HR as needed.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in administrative support, office management, or finance assistance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in financial data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with architectural or design industry operations is advantageous but not required.
