Responsibility
- Assist in the overall management and maintenance of company facilities, ensuring they are well-organized and functional.
- Coordinate and supervise daily facility operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and security services.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence related to facility management.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Monitor facility-related expenses and assist in budget tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance or safety issues.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades or renovations as needed.
- Provide support to other departments in facility-related matters and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support or facilities management roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with team members and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
