Responsibility
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and costs are controlled.
- Provide general administrative support to team members and management as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and office management software is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
