Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate project records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Assist with logistics coordination, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and vendor communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and administrative procedures.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration are a plus.
