Responsibility
- Sort, file, and distribute critical business documents, including Delivery Receipts, Sales Invoices, and Accounts Receivable records.
- Manage and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents and shipments.
- Prepare and verify shipment documentation, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in tracking and reconciling delivery confirmations and client acknowledgments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics and sales teams as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, document management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in logistics coordination or shipment preparation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
