Responsibility

  • Manage and organize branch office documentation, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in logistics coordination, including tracking shipments, liaising with drivers, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, scanners, and communication devices.
  • Prepare and distribute internal memos, emails, and official communications.
  • Support financial processes by assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Drive company vehicles (when required) for errands, deliveries, or client visits (valid B2/D license mandatory).
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Valid driving license (B2 or D) with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willingness to travel or work outside the primary branch location as needed.
