Responsibility
- Maintain and update employee and operational records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate work schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members and management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and visitor inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute internal documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders to maintain stock levels.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and office management systems is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
