Responsibility
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and error-free salary disbursements for staff.
- Manage office operations, including filing, correspondence, and supply inventory.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate with departments to gather and verify administrative and financial data.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports for management review.
- Handle general inquiries and provide administrative support to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or HR roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and payroll systems is a plus.
