Responsibility
- Manage and maintain office schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, research, and project coordination.
- Act as a liaison between staff, clients, and visitors, fostering a welcoming and professional office environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
