Responsibility

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks, including answering calls, drafting correspondence, and managing emails.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of project documents and contracts.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules for management and project staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation as required.
  • Manage office supply inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
  • Support the finance department in processing simple invoices and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for field staff and company personnel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a distinct advantage.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
