Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Utilize Coupa software to process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports accurately.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules for department heads.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with corporate policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries and vendor coordination.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.
- Support office facilities management and handle incoming correspondence effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Essential: Proven experience working with the Coupa procurement platform.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to commit to a 12 to 18-month contract duration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor suitable for a CBD corporate environment.
