Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Utilize Coupa software to process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports accurately.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules for department heads.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with corporate policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.
  • Support office facilities management and handle incoming correspondence effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Essential: Proven experience working with the Coupa procurement platform.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to commit to a 12 to 18-month contract duration.
