Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office organization.
- Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash transactions with accuracy.
- Support the accounting team in reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain and update financial records, databases, and spreadsheets for tracking budgets and expenditures.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and documentation flow.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties, including data entry and verification of financial transactions.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and/or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy for financial tasks.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
