Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting using AutoCount.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, ensuring audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software is a must; experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
