Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, supply procurement, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement efficient office policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless inter-departmental communication.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for office services, including cleaning, security, and IT support.
- Monitor and control administrative budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management and staff.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within administration or general affairs.
- Proven ability to manage office operations, budgets, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with maritime or logistics industry operations is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
