Responsibility
- Manage and organize general office administration, including meticulous filing, comprehensive record-keeping, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for senior management and project teams.
- Prepare, proofread, and process various essential documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally, providing courteous and effective assistance.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, manage procurement processes, and ensure the proper maintenance of office equipment.
- Assist with basic human resources administrative tasks, such as onboarding support and maintaining employee records confidentially.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including data entry, document control, and tracking project-related information.
- Facilitate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics for staff and management as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a dedicated administrative or office support role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or related industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a closely related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize workload effectively, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
