Responsibility
- Coordinate daily office administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and filing.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
- Manage office inventory, supplies, and facility-related service requests.
- Provide front-desk support and handle incoming inquiries with professional communication.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and assist management with administrative project support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.
- Update company website and marketing collateral as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Social Media platforms).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Able to commit to a 5-day work week (Office hours).
