Responsibility
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Verify data details, including product/service descriptions, pricing, and tax calculations.
- Monitor invoice aging reports and track payment due dates to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all billing documents.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Generate periodic financial reports related to invoicing activities for management.
- Support the finance department in reconciling accounts receivable.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Invoice Admin, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) and accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of confidentiality.
