Responsibility

  • Manage and record daily petty cash transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders accurately.
  • Maintain a systematic and secure filing system for all physical and digital financial records.
  • Assist the finance manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to track budget spending and report variances.
  • Support tax documentation preparation and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Provide administrative support during internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of proven experience in a finance or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Accurate, Xero, or SAP is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
