This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 per month, offering immediate hiring for the right candidate.
Responsibility
- Manage and maintain documentation for renovation projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline project workflows.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping.
- Liaise with clients to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Ensure all project-related documentation is organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in resolving any administrative or logistical issues that arise during projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within renovation or construction projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of renovation workflows, documentation processes, and compliance requirements.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to administrative challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
