Responsibility
- Manage and maintain comprehensive filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data security and easy retrieval.
- Coordinate and schedule high-level meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries for the management team.
- Oversee daily office operations, including the procurement of supplies and management of vendor relationships.
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate departments with professionalism.
- Support the HR department with administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and attendance tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly expense reports and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to foster a productive workspace for all employees.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team player.
