PT. Paint Professionale Indonesia is seeking a highly organized and motivated Admin E-commerce to join our growing team in Bekasi Barat. As our E-commerce operations continue to scale, we need a detail-oriented professional to oversee our digital storefronts, ensure seamless customer experiences, and drive sales performance across multiple platforms.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our online operations, managing everything from inventory integrity and order fulfillment to engaging with our community through live selling initiatives. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to maintain brand excellence, optimize product listings for search visibility, and resolve customer inquiries promptly. If you are tech-savvy, possess a 'customer-first' mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end marketplace operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.) including product uploads and inventory syncing.
  • Process daily customer orders accurately and ensure timely dispatch to logistics partners.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent out-of-stock situations or overselling.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high store ratings.
  • Execute and coordinate live-selling sessions to boost product visibility and real-time conversion.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports, including performance analysis and stock audits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding promotional campaigns and discount setups.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Admin or similar operational role for at least 1-2 years.
  • Proficient in operating Seller Center dashboards of major Indonesian marketplaces.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with on-camera live selling activities.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, especially in data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and basic digital content tools.
  • Willing to be based in Bekasi Barat, Jawa Barat.
