Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies, mail distribution, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate facilities management, ensuring a safe and functional workspace for all employees.
- Supervise junior administrative staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Implement and monitor office policies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Support HR functions, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Office Administration, Facilities Management, or related roles.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in an administrative capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices and workplace safety regulations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
