Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office team, including document filing and data entry.
- Assist the finance team with basic account reconciliation and maintenance of financial records.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence professionally.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, inventory, and essential documentation.
- Support the coordination of office meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling needs.
- Input and update accurate data into the company’s internal software systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is essential.
