Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, vendors, and stakeholders to expand market reach.
- Design, plan, and execute sales promotion programs to enhance brand engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term collaborations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of local programs, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align activation strategies with broader business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities in Baliās dynamic business landscape.
- Manage budgets and resources allocated for partnership and activation initiatives, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Represent Erajaya at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in partnership development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the retail or consumer goods sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships and driving sales growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for decision-making.
- Familiarity with Baliās business ecosystem and local market dynamics is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
