Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with new and existing stakeholders to expand market reach in Bali.
- Design, plan, and execute sales promotion programs to boost brand engagement and revenue.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with legal standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of local programs, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure seamless activation of campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities in Bali to proactively adjust partnership strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, distributors, and community leaders.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, ROI, and program effectiveness for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, sales, or business development, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value partnerships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
