Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic partnership agreements with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to expand brand reach and drive sales.
- Design, plan, and implement creative activation programs and promotional campaigns tailored to the Bali market, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of partnership and activation initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership programs and activation campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, event organizers, and local authorities, to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Bali market to create innovative and engaging customer experiences.
- Represent Erajaya at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, campaign results, and market insights for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in partnership management, activation programs, or marketing, preferably in the technology, telecommunications, or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and activation programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal teams and external partners.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local business landscape is highly desirable.
