Responsibility
- Assist in daily financial transactions and record-keeping
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Help reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
- Participate in budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data
- Assist in audit preparations and compliance documentation
- Learn and apply hotel-specific accounting software

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
