Responsibility
- Process and post customer payments accurately and promptly to the correct accounts.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a professional manner.
- Generate and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address billing inquiries and disputes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to receivables.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in AR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hospitality or F&B industry accounting practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
