Responsibility
- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with clients in Thai and English to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders to clients.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and improve cash flow.
- Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and client interactions.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Thai and English (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local and international accounting standards is a plus.
