Responsibility
- Manage and monitor the accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to resolve outstanding balances and minimize overdue accounts.
- Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues promptly.
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements, reminders, and collection letters as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and concerns related to billing.
- Generate and analyze aging reports to identify trends and recommend improvements to the collections process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications in the company's ERP system.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations for accounts receivable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
