Responsibility
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and review tax returns, including E-SPT and E-Faktur submissions.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advice to optimize tax liabilities.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
- Conduct tax audits and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Train and mentor junior tax staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and external auditors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in taxation, preferably in the property sector.
- Holder of Brevet A & B certifications.
- Proficient in E-SPT and E-Faktur systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
