Responsibility
- Process and manage incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Generate and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with clients to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on accounts receivable status to management.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
