Responsibility
- Manage and process incoming payments, ensuring accurate and timely posting to customer accounts.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders to clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve discrepancies and issues related to customer accounts, including billing inquiries and payment disputes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and resolve any customer concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Generate reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collections for management review.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.
