Responsibility
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable for car park operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial transactions to maintain precise records.
- Collaborate with parking operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and customers, to facilitate smooth payment processing.
- Implement and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for receivables management in alignment with company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including audit preparations.
- Utilize ERP systems and financial software to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, financial operations, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail or property management finance is highly advantageous.
