Responsibility
- Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable portfolios, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Conduct debt recovery activities, including follow-ups with clients, negotiating payment plans, and escalating unresolved cases.
- Process and reconcile invoices, credit notes, and payments in SAP with high accuracy.
- Generate and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service) to resolve billing discrepancies and improve cash flow.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions and communications in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual AR reports for management review.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency in debt management and collections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Debt Collection, or Credit Control.
- Proficient in SAP FI/AR module; experience with other ERP systems is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle client interactions professionally.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
