Responsibility
- Accurately file and organize accounts receivable documents, invoices, and payment records
- Verify and reconcile financial transactions to ensure data integrity
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date filing systems for easy retrieval of financial documents
- Assist in processing customer payments and updating account records
- Generate and distribute financial reports as required by management
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, filing, or general accounting
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
- Experience in a multinational or industrial sales environment is an advantage
