Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions related to receivables.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to address payment issues and provide solutions.
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements, invoices, and reminders to clients.
- Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to reduce overdue accounts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and enhance efficiency in receivables management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
