Responsibility
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Process and verify invoices, credit memos, and payment applications.
- Communicate with internal teams and external clients to address billing inquiries and disputes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable performance.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
